Located on Falls Avenue in the heart of the Niagara Falls tourist district, the 95,000 square foot Niagara Casino is just steps away from the Falls. To get to the iconic attraction from the casino, you only need to go out of the building from the lower level doors on Falls Avenue; cross the Avenue down to the railing/viewing area and you will see them directly to your right. Niagara Falls is serviced by a number of airports – the nearest, Niagara District airport being just a 20 minute drive away. Or fly to either Buffalo New York (41 kilometres) or Toronto Canada (125 kilometres). Hotels do not provide shuttle services to the Falls from either airport but both airports offer shuttle services to and from Niagara Falls and stop at most major hotels. The rail station is 700 metres from the casino and the bus station 500 metres. By car, follow the Queen Elizabeth Way – Highway 420, Exit 30. There are 1,500 car spaces at the casino – in order to park for free, sign up for the Players Advantage Club and use your card while playing slots or table games.
The casino doesn’t have an on-site hotel, but there are a number that offer special casino packages which include casino vouchers and dining vouchers (details on individual hotels’ websites). The casino is connected to two of these via indoor walkway – the Sheraton on the Falls and Crowne Plaza Hotel Niagara Falls. Other nearby hotels with casino packages are Skyline Inn and Clifton Victoria Inn.
Casino Niagara offers over 1,500 of your favourite slot machines, including over 350 progressive slots such as Mighty Millionaire that has a jackpot starting at $1m. There are 40 tables with a wide variety of games such as Blackjack, Caribbean Stud, Roulette, Poker and many more. Various sporting events are broadcast on 26 HDTVs and you can place bets on sports such as hockey, football, baseball and college basketball. There are four dining choices at the casino which also features weekly entertainment, from live music to stand-up comedy – every Wednesday is free.
