Cowboys Casino is a multi-venue entertainment complex located less than 20 km from Calgary airport towards the south – about a 30 minute drive. The casino’s 96,000 square foot gaming space features 400 gaming machines and 50 table and poker games. Besides the gaming, the casino also has a nightclub, concert venue, restaurant and pub. It is situated in the city in the trendy Victoria Park area and at the gate of the famous Calgary Stampede Park. The casino does not have a hotel but there are plenty within the casino’s vicinity including the Calgary Marriott Downtown Hotel, the Hotel Arts, the Hyatt Regency and the upmarket Hotel Le Germain Calgary as well as the less expensive Days Inn.
Cowboys Casino has more than 400 of the newest slot machines, with some exclusive games including Touch Bet Roulette. It is also home to 14 tables in the poker room, with Texas Hold ‘Em, Omaha, Pineapple, Limit and No-Limit poker. Free breakfast and late night food is offered to players.
