The Gold Eagle Casino provides a First Nations (North American indigenous peoples) entertainment experience in a facility that includes 15,000 square foot of gaming space, a restaurant and multi-purpose entertainment space. It is located in North Battleford which is a small city in west central Saskatchewan directly across the North Saskatchewan River from the town of Battleford. North Battleford airport is less than four kilometers from the casino and the nearest major airport is Saskatoon which is 140 kilometers south east of the centre of North Battleford. The casino can be found four kilometers south east of the centre of North Battleford on the north side of Highway 16 (Yellowhead Highway). The Gold Eagle Casino has teamed up with a number of local hotels to offer Play and Stay Packages. Adjacent to the casino is the Gold Eagle Lodge which has 112 rooms. Other hotels are the Best Canadian Inn and Super 8 Motel (enquire at hotel reception desks for details of packages).
